FAQ

Straight answers — no accordion hiding text.

01 Is $699 really flat?

Yes — for a typical two-car residential garage that fits our inclusions list. If your job needs a custom quote, we tell you before we send a truck. No bait-and-switch on the day-of.

02 What towns do you cover?

We serve every town in Hartford, Tolland, and Middlesex counties. If you’re unsure your ZIP sits on a county line, submit the form — we’ll confirm your town on the callback.

03 What about paint, oil, or other hazmat?

We don’t haul hazardous waste, paint, chemicals, motor oil, freon appliances, or asbestos-looking material. We’ll point you toward CT DEEP–approved disposal paths — for free. It’s the only honest answer.

04 How fast can you come out?

Most weeks we can do same-week. Booking 3–7 days out is typical. We reply within 24 hours, every day of the week.

05 Do I need to be home?

Preferable for the walkthrough, but not always required. We’ve done jobs with the owner on a video call from another state.

06 Middlesex towns: do you handle river flooding gear?

Yes — kayaks, muddy totes, and moldy cardboard are common after high water. We separate trash vs salvageable, and we won’t pretend moldy porous stuff is donation-quality.

07 Hartford County: what about detached two-car garages behind the house?

Very common in West Hartford and Newington splits. Send a wide photo of the apron — we confirm truck placement before we dispatch so we’re not blocking the neighbors.

08 How do Tolland county transfer stations handle bulky pickup?

Towns in Tolland County set their own bulky policies. We’ll confirm your town’s transfer station hours and fees on the call and bring the right paperwork when needed.
